An Infrared Camera for Imaging and Temperature Measurement in Industrial Automation Applications

The ThermoVision 320M industrial automation infrared camera features third generation uncooled microbolometer detector technology and is the ideal choice for product and process monitoring applications requiring accurate temperature measurements in real-time (60/50hz). The ThermoVision 320M calibrated radiometer features 14-bit dynamic range and full ambient temperature drift compensation. ATDC is critical to applications where stability and precision measurement are required.

There are several ways you can integrate the ThermoVision 320M infrared camera to take advantage of all 76,800 measurements on the ThermoVision 320M IR image. The system can be used in a stand- alone configuration whereby the on-screen tools can display spot, area or line profile measurements, along with several different color palettes, on most standard TV monitors. For integration into process control or machine vision applications, imagery and measurements from the infrared camera can be connected to a PC through both analog and digital configurations. FLIR Systems offers the ThermoVision Toolkit for LabVIEW for those who prefer the National Instruments interface for process control and a Digital Developer's Kit for customers who are creating programs for control in other platforms. For R&D users, ThermaCAM Researcher 2001 thermal analysis software will satisfy virtually all of your needs including data collection, post -analysis, and data export to Excel, MatLAB and most Windows based products.
