Low-Cost ThermoVision®160M Industrial Automation Infrared Camera

The ThermoVision 160M low-cost industrial automation infrared camera is the ideal choice for process and product monitoring applications requiring accurate temperature measurements in real-time (60/50hz), and where high resolution is not critical. The ThermoVision 160M calibrated IR radiometer features 14-bit dynamic range and full ambient temperature drift compensation. ATDC is critical to applications where stability and precision measurement are required.

There are several ways you can integrate this IR system to take advantage of all 19,200 measurements on the ThermoVision 160M infrared image. The ThermoVision 160M infrared camera can be used in a "stand alone" configuration whereby the on-screen tools can display spot, area or line profile measurements, along with several different color palettes, on most standard TV monitors. For integration into process control or machine vision applications, imagery and measurements from the infrared camera can be connected to a PC through both analog and digital configurations. FLIR Systems offers the ThermoVision Toolkit for LabVIEW for those who prefer the National Instruments interface for process control. FLIR Systems offers a Digital Developers' Kit for customers who are creating programs for control in other platforms. For R&D users, ThermaCAM Researcher 2001 will satisfy virtually all of your needs including data collection, post-analysis, and the export of data into Excel, MatLAB and most Windows-based products.
